As of November 18th, I have been working out almost every day for the last few weeks. Even though I haven't had a noticeable change in weight or body shape, I've been feeling a lot healthier and more positively motivated.
Although I didn't get to my goal by the date I set, I am confident that I am on the right track. I'm going to continue to do the things that I'm doing, but I may need to start eating a little better.
Also, on February 20, I consulted with a personal trainer. I realized that I needed a little hep figuring out the best way to meet my goal so I'm having a workout plan designed for me. I'm pretty excited about it!
